Delivery

One Commit Card is £34.99, plus £4.99 UK delivery: £39.98 in total. We plan to hand paid orders to the carrier on the same or next calendar day. Dispatch means handing the parcel to the carrier; it does not mean it has arrived. We will confirm the carrier and expected delivery time before orders open.

Changed your mind?

You can open the card and try it with the Commit app. If it is not for you, tell us within 30 days of receiving it. You do not need to give a reason. Email hello@commitproductivity.com and include your order number if you have it.

After telling us, you have another 14 days to send the card back. We will give you the return address and instructions. Please take reasonable care of the card and include any accessories supplied with it. Ordinary use to try it is fine.

We will refund the card price and the original standard UK delivery charge to your original payment method. You pay the return postage for a change-of-mind return. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the card or evidence that you sent it back, whichever comes first. Damage beyond ordinary use may affect the refund where the law allows.

Faulty or incorrect card?

Email hello@commitproductivity.com with the issue. We will cover reasonable return postage for a faulty or incorrect card and provide the remedy required by law. Your legal rights for faulty goods are not limited by our 30-day change-of-mind policy.
